2 arrested for selling fake TET papers

Lucknow: Two persons were arrested by the Crime Branch for allegedly selling fake question papers of the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) held across the state on Monday.

S B Singh and Ajay Kumar Singh were arrested with the fake question papers, which they were allegedly selling to TET examinees, and Rs 16 lakh were recovered from them, DIG D K Thakur said.

The seized papers did not match with the original, he said, adding that a diary was also recovered from the accused which, police suspected, contained the names of prospective buyers.
