Trisha Krishnan Takes A Detour From The Saree Route For An Equally Ethereal Anarkali

Trisha Krishnan's ivory anarkali is as good, if not better, than her traditional take on her gorgeous sarees

Trisha Krishnan Takes A Detour From The Saree Route For An Equally Ethereal Anarkali
Trisha Krishnan's anarkali pose a threat to her glorious saree collection

Trisha Krishnan is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film, Ponniyin Selvan 2, directed by Mani Ratnam. In her promotional diaries, the actress has been impressing us with her impeccable ethnic closet. And, this time she continued the fashion streak in an ethereal anarkali. From the shelves of designer Archana Jaju, the pure silk anarkali with corset detailing was paired with a hand-painted organza silk kalamkari dupatta, featuring the label's signature mirror work. The sweetheart neckline of the ivory number played canvas to her choker necklace. Matching a pair of earrings and a statement ring further accessorised her look. She loosely tied her tresses, with a few strands flowing down her face. Her glam picks: dewy skin, shimmery eyelids, sleek eyeliner and maroon lips added the finishing touches to her ethnic look.

Pre-draped sarees save you the time and hassle of draping. Therefore, it is no surprise that they have become quite popular these days. Once, Trisha Krishnan also opted for a pre-draped number in a gorgeous wine-red shade. The ethnic wonder, from Renasci, had a pleated pattern with a statement belt cinched at the waist. Adding dangler earrings, she secured her mane in a low ponytail.

At the trailer and music launch of Ponniyin Selvan 2, Trisha Krishnan exuded royal vibes in her blue saree. The heavy silver work across the border as well as on the pallu enhanced the pizazz of her drape. She teamed it with a three-fourth sleeve embellished blouse, with a wide square neckline. With open tresses and dewy glam, Trisha looked elegant as ever.

Trisha Krishnan's dual-toned grey and pink ombre saree was simple yet stunning. It had a sleek mirror-work border and was teamed with a black sequin blouse. Trisha kept accessories minimal with studs and a wristwatch. Her rosy pink glam with kohl-rimmed eyes added to her simplicity.

In a green anarkali suit, Trisha Krishnan bowled us over with her grace and charm. Along with the satin number, the actress carried a dupatta with subtle silver embellishment. To enhance the minimalistic look, she added a statement diamond necklace, with emerald detailing as well as a matching bracelet and ring. How graceful does Trisha look in these breathtaking snaps?

While we can replicate Trisha Krishnan's wardrobe, it's next to impossible to copy her charm and grace.
