The kashida Anarkali has sheer silk-dupion fabric. The purple number, by Tarun Tahiliani, featured an embroidered kashida bodice that is uplifted with French knots and sequin detailing. The crinkled skirt ghera came with gold gota brocade work. The beaded tassels added uniqueness to the number. A similar pattern was followed on the sleeves. Sobhita teamed it with a simple churidar. The handwoven chanderi dupatta has statement floral and leaf work. Sobhita picked a pair of jhumka from her accessories collection to seal the look. For makeup, couture cheeks with a bit of blush and a pink tint on the lips were enough. Those embellished juttis did the rest of the magic.
