1. The Glass Bridge, Vietnam

Imagine the excitement of walking on a bridge that is made of glass and is totally see-through! What's more, the sheer rush from being able to see clearly the lush-green valleys that are miles beneath you. According to Vietnam Tourism, the latest glass-bottomed walkway opened to visitors in 2022. Named Bach Long, which means 'White Dragon', the bridge is located in the Moc Chau district in Son La, the province bordering Laos about 200km northwest of the capital, Hanoi, and is suspended on a lush green valley. You can admire the greenery of the valley while taking a stroll and having the thrill of your life on this bridge. This bridge was declared the world's longest glass-bottomed, cliff-side path bridge by Guinness World Records in 2022.

2. The Floating Road Bridge, China

This scenic road bridge, known as the "Long Bridge of Dreams" in the Shiziguan scenic area of Enshi City in central China's Hubei Province gives the illusion of driving over the river. According to CGTN, the floating bridge is 500 meters long and 4.5 meters wide and covers the entire length of the river. The bridge is surrounded by a dense forest and gives the impression that you are floating over it as you drive or walk on the bridge.

3. Capilano Suspension Bridge, Canada

The world-famous Capilano Suspension Bridge which spans 137 metres and 70 metres high above the Capilano River, is one of the major tourist attractions in Canada. You can enjoy a thrilling Cliffwalk, a heart-stopping journey on the bridge that centres around a 450-foot along the granite cliffside offering panoramic views of the rainforest and canyons below and other forest-themed attractions according to Canada's tourism website.

4. The Ruyi Bridge, China

According to this tourism website, this bridge in Shenxianju, China has a total length of 100 meters and a height of 140 meters and is sprawling on the Shenxianju Valley. It is composed of three undulating bridges, and part of its deck is made of transparent glass. Picture walking on a bridge layered atop another one that overlooks a picturesque green valley below. The Ruyi Bridge has become one of the city's major attractions with numerous tourists visiting it every year. Many who don't even have a fear of heights have walked only half the way feeling the need to crawl through the rest. 

5. The Royal Gorge Bridge, USA

The Royal Gorge is a 1,200-foot canyon located on the Arkansas River. On their website, the bridge is cited to have been built 956 feet above the Arkansas River on the colossal bridge, It forms a 10-mile-long gorge. There is Royal Gorge Park which is an ideal place for scenic views and the bridge gives adrenaline-rushes no doubt.

6. Langkawi Sky Bridge, Malaysia

Malaysia's tourism website states that the Langkawi Sky Bridge is one of the world's longest free-span and curved bridges in the world. visitors can go on a spine-chilling walk on the 125-metre Sky Bridge or can enjoy Langkawi's cable car brings an elevated experience at 708 metres above sea level. SkyCab journey by Panorama Langkawi covers a total distance of 2.2 kilometres linking the Base Station at the foot of Machinchang Range to the top station at the summit. It provides changing perspectives of the surrounding scenery as you pass the length of the bridge.
