The first store was opened in Mumbai. For the evening, Sonam picked a simple linen saree from the clothing brand Anavila. The yellow linen saree is from the designer's Dabu collection. The Khadi silk dupatta featured zari detailing. Sonam teamed her look with vintage jewellery. She picked a pair of jhumkas and a few rings. Her hair accessories stole the show. Sonam didn't go overboard with the makeup. Kohl-rimmed eyes and glossy lips were her picks. If you ask us, her look screamed simplicity from miles away.

For the launch event of India's first Apple store in Mumbai, Sonam Kapoor gave a new definition of boardroom fashion. She picked a chic skirt suit set by fashion designer Junya Watanabe. Sonam's high-waist straight-fit skirt came with a short front slit. She wore a corset-style bustier with it, The oversized blazer-like cape with billowy sleeves added drama to the look. Her sunshine yellow Louis Vuitton bag was the x-factor here. For makeup, Sonam went with well-contoured cheeks, nude lips and style eye shadow. Those black pumps sealed the outing.

She looked breathtakingly gorgeous in a customised saree by JJ Valaya. The floral printed saree in the shade of red was paired with a cape-style jacket. The ivory number featured delicate zari work all over. Sonam added an embellished belt for the sharp finish. She picked a statement set from the accessories section to wrap up the look. A dash of bold red on her lips and hair neatly secured in a bun was the finishing touch.
