With Valentine's Day just around the corner, the colour red has started dominating the trend charts. Indeed, there's something very special about this hue. Apart from just making a powerful visual impact, the colour red also depicts a combination of emotions. Even Bollywood is obsessed with this stunning hue. Someone who just made a lovely fashion statement in red is Kalki Koechlin. She dazzled in a jaw-dropping red gown from Falguni Shane Peacock. The outfit with embellishments was supported by straps and featured a bold thigh-high slit on the side. That floor-sweeping detail and fringes at the hem upped the overall look. Kalki added red pumps and wore earrings to accessorise herself. For makeup, she applied contouring on the cheeks, kohl on the eyes and a dash of brown shade on her lips. Her hair was neatly pulled back in a bun.

Kalki Koechlin made us take notes when appeared in a chic two-piece set. Her “lotus and hummingbird” cape from the bloom collection by Shahin Mannan, was teamed well with matching pants. The top also showed colourful printed floral designs on the base colour of ivory. Kalki went for a dash of dark red shade on her lips and wore her mane in a top bun.
Now, let's see how Kalki Koechlin adds a power twist to her OOTD. She says, “Gucci got my back,” and we can't agree more. Kalki dazzled in a stunning striped pantsuit set from the fashion house. Kalki wore the suit with a black waistcoat and a delightful white shirt underneath. She sported a bright red shade on her lips and tied her hair in a neat bun. For accessories, she wore stud earrings and a statement ring.
The colour pink suits Kalki Koechlin. She channelised her inner diva in a gorgeous pink co-ord set from the designer label Georgia Hardinge. Her satin midi skirt came adorned with pleat details all over and an asymmetric pattern in the front. With that, Kalki opted for a ravishing spaghetti top showing a plunging neckline and pleated pattern. She accessorised herself with statement dangler earrings and rings. Her glamorous makeup, including kohl-rimmed eyes and glossy pink lips, set the mood right for the outing.

Sometimes, Kalki Koechlin plays around with colours and the output is amazing. She treated us to a picture wearing a stunning beige maxi dress. What stood out here was her multi-coloured jacket on top featuring printed designs in different hues. The jacket also came with a similar colourful belt tied at the waist. Kalki added pink lipstick and opted for a half ponytail to set the vibe.
