The world is severely hit with the Coronavirus which has confined millions to their homes all over the world. The current quarantine across countries also happens to coincide with Holy Week which includes Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday. Usually a time when the whole family gathers to celebrate and make treats like marzipan eggs and hot cross buns, this time will mark a significant change in how Easter is celebrated world over Though it might be different in 2020, the festival can still be celebrated in multiple ways even with stay-at-home orders in place.

1. Connect With Your Loved Ones
Easter and the Passover may be that time of year when you go back home and spend time with your parents, siblings, relatives and close friends. That may not be physically possible this year but thankfully technology can help a little. When it's time for your grand lunch or dinner, use video conferencing to set up a call with the entire family where you can catch up together.
2. Attend A Service
As attending mass in church is not an option, multiple churches are live streaming their services online. The festival will feel complete with it and all you will have to do is log in during Holy Week.
3. Take A Family Portrait
Dress the family in their Sunday best and take an Easter picture to share your greetings on the celebratory day with the entire family.

4. Host An Egg Hunt
You can also have an Easter egg hunt for the youngest members of your family by hiding them discreetly around your home.
5. Spread The Love
If you know a neighbour celebrating the Passover or Easter alone, you can always make a parcel of seder goodness or delicious eats and inform them to collect it from their doorstep.
