If you're an adventure junkie or a fan of South Indian film actress Jyotika, today is set to be a wonderful Tuesday for you. One of the reigning stars in the Tamil film industry; also called Kollywood, while hasn't previously been on social media, she decided to make her debut on Instagram. It has only been a couple of hours since Jyotika posted her very first Instagram post but already she has amassed a whopping 1.2 million followers on the platform. That's proof of how well-loved Jyotika is and how amazingly vast her fan following is. Truly a great start to their day.

But what's in it for the adrenaline seekers, you ask? It's Jyotika post for her Instagram debut that is making news. In the series of photos, the star is seen waving the Indian flag. The next sees her soaking in the scenic blue skies topped with white clouds. Jyotika poses with her friends in the third picture. Finally, she poses in a surreal image which includes the mountains, water and sky above as she is decked out in adventure gear which included reflective sunglasses, sneakers, jeans and a layered t-shirt.
From the pristine waters to the clear skies and awe-inspiring mountains, the beauty of the Himalayas is visible in Jyotika's photos. Here's what she wrote as her caption with the pictures, "Hello everyone! On social media for the very first time! A lot of positivity to share from my lockdown diaries.
