Sara Ali Khan knows that dedication and consistency are the cornerstones of a fit lifestyle. Her rigorous workout sessions often come loaded with a varied mix of exercises, but the actress swears by Pilates. Once again Sara is back at it and we are taking notes. Sara's fitness trainer Namrata Purohit shared a still from her latest routine that was all about balance and stretching. Dressed in a white bralette and green shorts, Sara can be seen hanging from the Cadillac machine.
