1. Eat The Right Food
Backed by Ayurveda, Mihir advises consuming cereals, legumes, low-fat organic dairy products. Paneer and ghee can boost the ojas energy, so can sweet and juicy fruits like apples, pears, peaches, plums, pineapple and mangoes. Moong dal is easily digestible in the stomach and very nutritious while wholegrain foods like quinoa, amaranth, flax seeds have a positive effect on weak immune systems. In Ayurveda, only the food we eat isn't important but also the way we eat it. It is desirable to eat slowly and chew food well to maximize the process of digestion as well as the absorption of the nutrients
2. Add In Spices
Turmeric has a strong immune-stimulating effect due to its ability to remove toxins from the body and it stimulates the 'intelligence' of the cells in the immune system. He also recommends ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and healing herbs in the form of teas and tonics such as ashwagandha, triphala, amla and tulsi.

3. Take Time To Relax
A massage with warm herbal oils like sesame oil helps the health of the skin, tones muscles, eases the senses and makes one healthier inside. A warm bath daily is necessary to warm the body, open the pores and regulate the body's internal thermostat. Adequate sleep is also essential for immunity building.
4. Sweat It Out
He also recommends being physically active and aid it with proper recovery to give it a chance to strengthen resistant forces. The best way to do this is with yoga practices, walking, mountain hiking, meditation and pranayama breathing techniques. In Ayurveda, it helps enhance agni and burn away toxins.
