Disha Patani's sculpted physique stands as a testament to her strict workout routine and healthy diet. Even on a Sunday, when everyone thinks of ways to skip the gym, the actress makes sure she doesn't deviate from her schedule. Dropping a couple of pictures on her Instagram stories, she recently dished out major fitness goals. Approving her commitment toward workouts, her fitness coach Rajendra Dhole jokingly claimed, “Disha Patani khud bhi off nahi leti aur mujhe bhi off nahi deti (Neither does Disha Patani take an off day nor does she let me take an off).” In the pictures, the Malang actress displayed her core strength with weightlifting exercises. Lifting heavy equipment on what may seem like dainty shoulders, Disha carried out strength training aerobics effortlessly, proving that she was accustomed to such difficult workouts. Dressed in a full-sleeved blue T-shirt and white shorts, the fitness enthusiast slayed the exercise in style.

Earlier, Disha Patani offered a sneak peek into her workout regimen by dropping another seemingly impossible video on Instagram. She pulled off a smooth like “butter” backflip, landing straight on her feet. While the task might appear daunting to us, Disha made the stunt look like a cakewalk. However, since perfection was her middle name, the actress wished “this would feel more like butter”. In the clip, the diva stood on the edge of an elevated platform maintaining her balance before she executed a seamless circular movement and regained her posture once on the floor. 

Who says Disha Patani does not enjoy sweets and candies? But before she savours the magic of the desserts, the actress earns the reward first. How? By partaking in boxing sessions. Yes, you read that right. On another page of her fitness diaries, the Bollywood star displayed her fierce and aggressive moves through boxing. Donning blue gloves she indulged in the activity with her fitness coach, literally sweating it out. Boxing is an amazing workout that helps in toning and strengthening the arm muscles. Disha's lean-cut physique proves just that. 

No doubt, Disha Patani will continue to impress us with her on-fleek training sessions.
