If someone is inspiring us to follow our New Year resolutions this year, it has to be Alaya Furniturewalla. The actress is a role model when it comes to taking her fitness game seriously. We are just happy to follow in her footsteps. Recently, the Freddy star shared glimpses from “the first half of January 2024”. While hitting the gym is her priority, she makes sure to sweat it out in style in contemporary athleisure. Journaling and drinking mint water also come with her strict fitness regimen. After all, they are essential components of self-care and good health. But the main highlight of Alaya's fitness journey is her “75 Hard checklist” which she seems to maintaining thoroughly. Let's delve into the factors that are included in her list.

To begin with, Alaya starts her day with two workouts. While she performs the first set of exercises indoors, the next part of physical training is executed outdoors. Both sets go on for 45 minutes each, making 90 minutes of overall workout every day. Alaya seems to believe strongly that keeping one hydrated works wonders for the body to stay healthy. So, next on her list comes drinking four litres of water every day. Keeping in mind the winter and the dry weather, the consumption of water can regulate our body temperature and help in the normal functioning of our organs. Alaya also believes in reading at least 10 pages of a book. And why not? Because books free our thoughts and pave the way for creativity. 

Along with reading, Alaya F stresses writing one's thoughts on paper or journaling and meditating once every day. The perks of meditation are many and the actress surely knows the benefits of it. From reducing anxiety levels to lowering heart rate, meditation can play a role in promoting a healthy lifestyle. On her long and hard-to-do list, Alaya mentions some things that are a strict no-no for her this year. Alaya will be staying away from alcohol and  “cheat meals”, the list revealed.
