A Step-By-Step Guide To Get Sara Ali Khan's Braided Hairstyle

She completed the look with fresh green toned makeup and a pretty braided hairstyle. Not only is it a much-needed upgrade to basic flowing looks, Sara's hairstyle is simple enough to try at home. Follow these steps to do so.

Step 1 - Use Franck Provost Antistatic Tail Comb costing Rs 199 to part the hair neatly down the centre until the back of the crown. Then use the same comb to further part the hair at the temple on either side of the head. You should now have two large hair sections on either side of the forehead.

Step 2 - Before any further styling, apply a few drops of L'Oreal Professional X-tenso Care Serum costing Rs 497 to all your hair to detangle it and give it a shiny finish.

Step 3 - Now take the large section of hair on the left hand side, divide it into three parts and begin French braiding. Put your right section over the centre, then your left over the centre. Then remove hair from the centre section over the braid to join the right. Take another section from the left to join the outermost section. Continue this motion until all the hair has been used and wrap the braid with a hair tie.

Step 4 - Repeat the same process with the right hand section of hair and French braid until all the hair has been used up. Join both braids together at the back of the crown and wrap tightly with a hair tie.

Step 5 - Spritz Schwarzkopf All Weather Taft Classic Hairspray costing Rs 319 from Rs 375 all over the braid and loose hair to keep it firmly in place.
