Alaya Furniturewala is “becoming a little more spider-woman every day”. Well, we completely agree with Alaya. After all, she could nail a perfect one-handed tree pose. How do we know? She shared a video, wherein she demonstrated this advanced inversion. The clip begins with Alaya holding a handstand and slowly spreading her legs. Next up, she lifts her right hand, transforming into the one-handed tree pose. The actress repeats the process with her left hand. While attempting a regular handstand needs years of practice, Alaya F has rightly hit the ball out of the park with her perfect one-handed tree pose. Also called eka hasta vriksasana, the one-handed tree pose targets your arms, shoulders, biceps, triceps, core and hips. Apart from this, the one-handed tree pose also helps in improving the mood, boosting confidence and increasing blood circulation in the brain.

Of course, this isn't the first time when Alaya Furniturewala has left us stunned with her rigorous workout regime. Last month, the actress dropped a video, wherein she performed 10 squats on top of the balance ball. Surprised? Well, wait till you watch her doing that. Giving a twist to her workout, the actress added a balancing challenge to her squat sets. Along with the clip, she added a note, wherein she thanked her trainer. Sharing the video, she wrote, “Legs are burning, feet are burning, toes are burning but I made it to 10 squats on the gym ball!!! Nothing feels better than progress…please see how happy I am when I reach 10 and how dead I am when I get off the ball…thank you for teaching me how to do these incredible things, Sunpreet Singh.”
This wasn't the first time that the actress attempted squats on top of a balance ball. Before this, Alaya Furniturewalla shared glimpses of her “big wins”. But unlike the recent video, in this clip, Alaya could only do a total of 3 squats. This exercise helps in strengthening your leg muscles, including your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. In addition, squats on a gym ball can also enhance your flexibility, making daily activities easier and reducing the risk of injuries. Along with the clip the actress wrote, “Big wins today!! Finally able to do squats and stand on a gym ball, I can't even begin to tell you how much focus, balance and strength this takes!! Feeling proud! Thank you @sunpreet_sing made it to 3 squats, next goal is 10?”
