Singer Halsey has made quite a splash and it has only been 4 days into the New Year. To bring in 2022, Halsey picked an outfit like absolutely no one else was wearing. The black dress featured a scarf-style top with thin straps. A midriff cutout showcased her figure and multiple tattoos to perfection and let to a black bottom of midi length. Along with smokey eyes, spiked hair and dangling blue earrings sealed the rest of it. Now tell us, have you seen anyone else's NYE 2022 outfit look quite as stunning? We highly doubt it.
The girl certainly loves making a style statement, even when she is on the stage performing at a concert. There was the time she picked another all-black outfit of a corset top and flared skirt with a black jacket and fishnet stockings. A statement necklace and earrings was all else that she needed.
