Rule Revision On, Maharashtra Government Puts Paroles On Hold

Mumbai: All parole applications have been put on hold in Maharashtra. The state's home department has said no parole will be granted till revised parole rules are notified.

Emergency parole will be given on a case by case basis.

The notification is expected to come by next week.
