Firing from across the border in Jammu

Jammu: For the second time in a fortnight, there was firing at a BSF outpost from across the international border in the R S Pura sector in Jammu.

Late on Thursday night, there was firing from Ata post on the Pakistan side and the BSF retaliated. But it wasn't clear if the firing was by militants or by Pakistan troops giving cover to an infiltration bid by terrorists.

There are no reports of any casualty on the Indian side.
