What is the reason of accumulation of pus in my gums?

I have a gum problem. Pus gets accumulated in my gums. I have undertaken surgery but there is no improvement. I have been told that the bones are eroded. What is the remedy for this?

You seem to be suffering from pyorrhoea. Please get your blood sugar checked to rule out diabetes. You can under go ultrasonic curettage for your gums with laser therapy. Also take Vitamin C for good healing.
