You have chronic kidney failure (stage 5). It is an irreversible damage to kidneys unlikely to recover. Dialysis has no impact on kidney disease, it only replaces partially the function of the failing kidney. You should continue the dialysis, three times a week for 4 hours each time. You should take a high protein diet. The restrictions are on salt, potassium in diet and liquid intake.
