Sonu Sood turned 42 on July 30

'Friend', 'brother' and one of the 'nicest people' in Bollywood how celebrities described actor Sonu Sood as they wished him on his 42nd birthday on Thursday.
Actors Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Manoj Bajpayee were among those who have wished Sonu on Twitter.
Sonu made his debut in the Tamil industry with the film
Kallazhagar in 1999. He subsequently appeared as an antagonist in the Telugu film
Hands Up! in 2001. Bollywood beckoned and he featured as Bhagat Singh in
Shaheed-E-Azam (2002) and as Abhishek Bachchan's brother in Mani Ratnam's
Yuva (2004).
However, it was his role as the lead antagonist Chhedi Singh in Abhinav Kashyap's Dabangg (2010), that established him as a name to reckon with in Bollywood. Farah Khan's 2014 film
Happy New Year was also a blockbuster.
