For all those who enjoy Shilpa Shetty's charming presence on social media, we have bad news. The Dhadkan star will be going off platforms such as Instagram and Twitter for some time, she said in a new post. Shilpa, on Thursday, dropped a plain black image on her otherwise colourful timeline and said that she was simply "bored" of the monotonous content on social media platforms. In the caption, she said, “So bored of the monotony, everything looking the same... going off social media till I find a new avatar.” Shilpa's social media timelines are often filled with pictures and videos of her family and friends as well as updates from the sets of her shows and movies.

Just a few days ago on the occasion of Mother's Day, Shilpa Shetty shared a video with her son, Viaan and daughter, Samisha. In the clip, Shilpa's children are seen sitting on her lap and applying makeup on her face as she laughs out in joy.

Sharing the video, Shilpa Shetty said, “Happy Babies. Happy Mommy. I celebrate being a mother every day. An ode to every Mom/Maa/Mumma/Aai/Amma/Bebe/Maaji/Ammi/Mummy who works day and night to ensure her kids have the best life possible.”

A few days ago, Shilpa Shetty shared a fun video of herself working out on an airport shuttle bus, which was empty. In the video, the actress is seen dressed in a three-piece suit. “Monday motivation on the gom only because the bus was empty. Squeezed in some pull-ups, push-ups, and lunges on my way back home: 2 missions accomplished. Fit India and Swachch Bharat Abhiyan,” she said in the caption.

On the work front, Shilpa Shetty will be seen in the films Nikamma and Sukhee. She is also a part of director Rohit Shetty's Amazon Prime series Indian Police Force with Vivek Oberoi and Sidharth Malhotra.
