Riteish Deshmukh celebrated his 44th birthday on Saturday. His friends, fans and industry colleagues sent their warmest greetings to mark the day. Now, Riteish's friend, actor Ashish Chowdhry has shared glimpses from the birthday party. Arpita Khan Sharma, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Shabir Ahluwalia and wife Kanchi Kaul, Jennifer Winget, among others were part of the party. Sharing the album on Instagram, Ashish Chowdhry wrote a fun note for the birthday boy. “The man I would marry if I was a woman. Happy Birthday, bruv Riteish Deshmukh. It's your year to come. Amongst all the other fun, can't wait to see your role as a director with Ved. 2023 gonna rock.” Replying to the post, Riteish wrote, “Love you, ashman.”
Jennifer Winget too shared a video from the birthday bash and wrote, “As is….. US. Happiest birthday, Riteish Deshmukh. Here is to another year of lasting joy and incredible friends. Thanks for being so awesome.”
To make the day all the more special, Riteish Deshmukh's children planned a surprise birthday party for him. They planned a filmy birthday party for Riteish. The banner read, “Happy Birthday, Mr Director.” FYI: Riteish is making his directorial debut with Ved. The caption attached to it read, “Can't thank you enough baiko Genelia Deshmukh for making this day so so special. I am truly blessed to have a friend, a partner like you. You are my forever waala love - my Ved waala love.”
Genelia Deshmukh also wrote an equally adorable note for the love of her life. Along with a video from the sets of their upcoming film Ved, she wrote, “Dear Ved, I love you because I love you. And also because it would simply be impossible not to love you. I love you without a calculation, a reason- good or bad. I love you so much that if I had to choose between loving you and breathing. I would use my last breath to tell you that I love you. Thank you for being mine. Never sharing you, never letting you go. Happy birthday, my dearest Riteish. Special year with new ventures. Your time to shine on. Your time to conquer.”
Ved will hit the theatres on December 30.
