Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur have been making a lot of noise about their rumoured relationship. It all started when Karan Johar, in one of the episodes on Koffee With Karan, questioned Ananya about her relationship status, “What is brewing between you and Aditya Roy Kapur?” Aditya was also spotted with Ananya and her father Chunky Panday in Qatar. They went to watch the FIFA World Cup. Well, now, Ananya's mother Bhavana Pandey has something to say about her daughter's relationship status. She said Ananya is “single”. Speaking to Etimes, the Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives star said, “The fact is that Ananya is single and link-ups happen in a profession like this. It's okay. It's like that's a part and parcel of an actor's life, and you have to take everything in, good or bad.”
Talking about the love and admiration that actors get from fans, Bhavana Pandey, added, “I feel like they get so much love and adulation, so I'd rather genuinely focus on that than the negativity that comes with it because the positives definitely outweigh the negative.”
Bhavana Pandey continued, “My advice to her was to not be too hard on yourself and give it your best. And then of course, you know, there's so many other factors. I told her to be a good person, to be kind and respectful. I also told her that whether you are at your highest of highs or lowest of lows, keep your feet firmly on the ground. As for professional advice, I don't think it is my place because I've not been an actor. So I could only give her advice in terms of being a good human being.”
Ananya Panday will be next seen in Dream Girl 2. The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana in lead. Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Asrani, Manjot Singh and Vijay Raaz are also part of the project. Dream Girl 2 will be released on July 7.
Apart from this, Ananya Panday also has Kho Gaye Hum Kahan alongside her Gehraiyaan co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi.
