Actress Bhagyashree is revisiting her wedding day with her husband Himalaya Dassani after 33 years of togetherness. Thanks to the new TV show Smart Jodi, the couple got married once again and recreated their wedding day in the most beautiful way. Bhagyashree and Himalaya Dassani recently followed the rituals of a Hindu wedding ceremony on the show. The actress has posted several photos of the event on her Instagram page. In the photos, we see Bhagyashree dressed in a red bridal saree while her husband sashays in a dhoti and a kurta.
In the caption, Bhagyashree wrote, “Thank you for all your love, blessings and wishes,” and went on to add, “This January, we completed 33 years.” She also thanked Star Plus, that telecasts the show, to have “retold our story to the world again”.
She also added hashtags such as “couple goals”, “love makes the world go round” and “couple capers” among others.
A few days ago, Star Plus had aired the clip on its official Instagram handle, showing Bhagyashree and Himalaya Dassani exchanging jaimalas.
In another Instagram post, Bhagyashree shared a photo from her wedding day along with a photo from the television show. Her caption read, “Can you believe this. We are replicating what we did 33 years ago, reliving the big day of our lives. Himalaya Dassani and me. We got married again thanks to Smart Jodi, and shared some memorable incidents that people don't know.”
Recently, Bhagyashree had shared a video where she and Himalaya Dassani can be seen basking in the sun in each other's arms. The couple set the internet on fire with their PDA. Sharing the photo, Bhagyashree wrote, “Pyaar ki zubaan kabhi khamosh hoti hein toh kabhi shor machati hein (The expression of love stays quiet sometimes and makes some noise at other times).”
A few months ago, on Himalaya Dassani's birthday, Bhagyashree had shared Instagram Reel that had mushy photos of the couple. She captioned it, “Happy birthday love. Moments and memories... always special with you,” and added hashtags such as “birthday boy” and “birthday wishes”.
On the work front, Bhagyashree was last seen in the movie Thalaivi, which had actress Kangana Ranaut playing the lead.
