SSLC Result 2019: Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) will release the result for Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination or class 10th board examination in May first week. Though the board has not given an exact date for Karnataka SSLC result declaration, based on the last year's schedule, it is highly probable that the result will be released by the first week of May 2019.
KSEEB 10th result 2019 will be released on the official results portal for examinations conducted in Karnataka (www.karresults.nic.in). The result link may also be available through official KSEEB website.
Apart from the official websites, students will also be available to check their result through several private results hosting websites. But as with every result being released online, the result available on any of these websites is provisional in nature and should be confirmed with the mark sheet issued by the board.
In 2018, more than 8 lakh students had appeared in the Karnataka SSLC examination and the pass percentage was 71.93 per cent.
Traditionally, the result for SSLC is better than the result for PUC (12th) in Karnataka. In 2018, when only 59.96 per cent students had passed in the 2nd year PUC in Karnataka, more than 70 per cent passed in SSLC or class 10th.
This year the pass percentage in second PUC in Karnataka was 61.73 per cent, so the students may expect an increase, even if marginal, in the pass percentage for Karnataka SSLC result too.
