Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh called up Karnataka Chief Minister(CM) S Siddaramaiah after a low-intensity blast rocked Bengaluru and assured all help from the Centre.
Mr Singh said the Karnataka Chief Minister apprised him of the situation.
"Spoke to Karnataka CM Shri S Siddaramaiah regarding the Bangalore blast. He apprised me of the situation. Centre ready to provide all help," Mr Singh tweeted.
A woman died and a man was injured in a blast at Church Street area, the heart of Bengaluru's commercial area, on Sunday evening.
