MG Majestor SUV Production Begins At Gujarat Facility; Check Details

JSW MG Motor India has announced the start of production of the MG Majestor, India's First D+ segment SUV, at its manufacturing facility in Halol, Gujarat. The brand states that the MG Majestor is designed for customers who seek a lifestyle defined by bold presence, unyielding dominance, and superior capability.

The MG Majestor is equipped with an advanced 4WD system and segment-first triple differential locks. Powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine paired with an advanced drivetrain, the SUV delivers strong performance with controlled capability, ensuring confidence in real-world driving scenarios.

Further, the JSW MG Motor India offers the MG Majestor with its Complete Peace of Mind programme, featuring a 5-5-5 ownership package comprising a 5-Year Unlimited Kilometre Warranty, 5-Year Roadside Assistance, and 5 Labour-Free Services.

Talking about the other details, the Majestor is claimed to be the tallest, widest, and longest SUV in its class. The official reveal highlighted its striking Mosaic Matrix Grille, flanked by Dragon-Eye DRLs and Tri-beam LED headlamps. The upright stance, wide body, and muscular lines give it a commanding presence on the road. Adding to the appeal are 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, said to be the largest in the segment, which further enhance its premium look.

On the inside, the Majestor SUV offers ventilated seats with multiple massage modes, a JBL 12-speaker audio setup, 64-colour ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof. The driver's seat is 12-way adjustable, while a 12.3-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto sits alongside a fully digital instrument cluster. Safety is comprehensive, with ADAS Level 2, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, six airbags, hill-descent control, and a 360-degree HD camera.
