After an action-packed May that saw several important launches in India, June 2026 is shaping up to be another exciting month for car enthusiasts. From the luxurious Mercedes-Benz S-Class Facelift to the much-awaited Honda ZR-V SUV, several new models are expected to hit the Indian market in the coming weeks. Here's a look at some of the biggest upcoming cars in June 2026.
Mercedes-Benz S-Class Facelift
The Mercedes-Benz S-Class Facelift is one of the most anticipated launches this month. Scheduled to arrive on June 15, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Facelift will be offered initially with a plug-in hybrid powertrain.
The Mercedes-Benz S-Class Facelift combines a 3.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with an electric motor, producing a total of 435 hp and 680 Nm. Apart from the new powertrain, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Facelift gets a larger grille, redesigned LED lighting elements, and an updated cabin featuring Mercedes' latest MBUX Superscreen system.

BMW X6 M60i
Another major launch expected this month is the BMW X6 M60i. BMW has already started accepting bookings for the coupe-SUV. Powering the BMW X6 M60i is a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine paired with mild-hybrid technology. The BMW X6 M60i delivers strong performance while also offering a premium cabin packed with luxury and technology features.

Honda ZR-V
The Honda ZR-V is also expected to enter the Indian market in June. Positioned as Honda's flagship SUV, the Honda ZR-V comes with a 2.0-litre strong-hybrid powertrain producing 184 hp. The Honda ZR-V offers a feature-loaded cabin with ADAS, a premium audio system, digital displays, and modern connectivity features.

Tata Sierra EV
The all-electric Sierra is shaping up to be one of Tata's most-awaited launches for 2026 and is likely to arrive in June 2026. It is expected to slot below the Harrier EV in Tata's growing electric SUV range. While the SUV is likely to retain the retro-modern proportions and overall silhouette of the ICE Sierra, the EV version should stand apart with a closed grille, split headlamp setup, and a full-width LED light bar.

BYD Plug-in-Hybrid
Meanwhile, BYD has teased its first plug-in hybrid vehicle for India. While the company has not confirmed the model yet, the upcoming BYD hybrid SUV could either be the Atto 2 DM-i or the Sealion 6 DM-i.
