Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has introduced its Prime range of taxi models with the launch of Prime HB (hatchback) and Prime SD (sedan). The Prime HB is based on the Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS, while the Prime SD is derived from the Hyundai Aura. Designed to meet the requirements of fleet operators and taxi businesses, the Prime lineup focuses on reliability, affordability, and passenger comfort, offering practical ownership benefits along with steady earning potential.

Both Prime HB and Prime SD are available with Proven & Reliable 1.2L Kappa 4-cylinder engine (Petrol + CNG), enabling lower operating costs and higher earnings per kilometre. The models are offered at highly competitive starting prices of Rs 5,99,900 for Prime HB  and Rs 6,89,900 for Prime SD, making them an attractive proposition for commercial buyers, fleet and taxi operators across India. Customers can book the Hyundai Prime Taxi range by paying a booking amount of Rs 5,000 at any Hyundai showroom across India.

Hyundai has introduced extended warranty options for the Prime range, covering the 4th and 5th year or up to 1,80,000 km, aimed at reducing maintenance costs for high‑running vehicles. Flexible finance plans with repayment periods of up to 72 months are available, making ownership easier for first‑time buyers and fleet operators. The Prime range is supported by Hyundai's extensive sales and service network, ensuring reliable uptime and quicker service. Additionally, trained Fleet Care Advisors will assist taxi and fleet customers at dealerships, offering dedicated support.
