VinFast, the Vietnamese automaker, has launched the VF MPV 7 in the Indian market at Rs 24.49 lakh (ex-showroom). With this, the brand's India portfolio now includes three models-the VF 6, VF 7 and the newly introduced MPV 7. Positioned above the VF 6 and VF 7, the new MPV takes on the BYD eMax 7. If you are considering either of these electric MPVs, here are the reasons to pick the VinFast VF MPV 7, along with two key reasons the BYD eMax 7 may suit you better.
Reasons To Buy The VinFast MPV 7
Longer Wheelbase
The VinFast VF MPV 7 offers a slightly longer 2,840 mm wheelbase compared to the BYD eMax 7's 2,800 mm. While the 40 mm gap may seem marginal on paper, it can translate into a touch more cabin room, especially for second-row comfort and overall passenger space, giving the VinFast a small practicality edge over the BYD eMax 7.

Larger Dimensions
With the longer wheelbase, the VinFast VF MPV 7 also boasts larger dimensions, compared to the BYD eMax 7. he VF MPV 7 measures 4,740 mm in length, 1,872 mm in width, and 1,734 mm in height, offering generous space for all occupants. Meanwhile, the BYD eMax 7 measures 4,710 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width, and 1,690 mm in height.

Camp Mode
Another feature highlight of the VinFast VF MPV 7 is the Camp Mode, which is a smart feature that maintains the climate control (HVAC), USB outlets, entertainment systems, and exterior lights without the requirement of actively driving the car, ensuring a comfortable environment for hours while using minimal energy.
