In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Foreign Minister SM Krishna said that there is no question of resuming the composite dialogue with Pakistan till Islamabad completely dismantles the terror infrastructure on its soil.

Speaking to NDTV, Krishna said the perpetrators of 26/11, including Lashkar chief Hafiz Saeed, must be punished.

This comes as New York Times reports that Lashkar has become stronger and richer since 26/11 and determined as ever to strike India again.

India will continue to talk to Pakistan but there's no guarantee that the composite dialogue is going to be resumed, the Foreign Minister said.

Krishna also said that there won't be a reversal on Sharm-el-Sheikh.

"India is very particular about Pak's action in 26/11 case. Pakistan has enough evidence; it is now for them to act," he said.

Giving details about the minister-level talks in New York on the sidelines of the G-20 Summit, Krishna said that Pakistan did not raise Balochistan issue in New York talks.

Meanwhile, Krishna also said that China should not object to the Dalai Lama's visit to Arunachal Pradesh.

"The Dalai Lama is a spiritual leader and can travel wherever he wants within India as long as he does not make political statements," he said.

He also said that the Dalai Lama will not be stopped from going to Arunachal.

Speaking on the issue of Tibet, Krishna said, "Our position on Tibet is clear; it is a part of China."

The Foreign Minister also spoke on the boundary issue with China. He said, "There is no increased activity along the LAC with China," but further added that 'overlapping' of positions along LAC is due to boundary dispute.

Pakistan main and only goal is to terrorize India and subvert India. It is very naive to even think that they will dismantle the terror infrastructure. They have been pursuing their goal from the past 60 years along with the aid from USA and China. It is our luck that we have such nice neighbours
