Turkish PM Says 12 Detained Over Twitter Messages on Ankara Bombing

Istanbul, Turkey:

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said today that 12 people have been detained in connection with messages they wrote on Twitter regarding the suicide bombings in Ankara that killed 99 people.

Davutoglu was speaking on live television on the TGRT news channel. It was not clear on what grounds the people were detained.
