The virtual tour begins with the traveller entering the upscale lounge. As he walks in, the on-screen text reads, "3 hours inside Mumbai Business Class Lounge." After finding a cosy spot to settle in, the man indulges in a scrumptious breakfast buffet featuring a wide variety of options. He orders a made-to-order omelette and fresh coffee from a live cooking station, savouring the meal and pronouncing it "delicious."

The staff surprises him with gourmet sweets, adding to the delightful experience. Next, he heads to the spa section, where he treats himself to a rejuvenating foot massage. He then takes a shower in one of the suites. Before departing, he grabs a coffee and water from the counter and describes the whole experience as "wonderful".
