Imagine being in a foreign land for a holiday. You are excited during the day, clicking pictures and soaking in the views. But once night falls, things can change fast. You rely on Google Maps to guide you back. One wrong turn later, the road looks unfamiliar. For many solo travellers, this is one of the scariest travel moments. A foreign tourist recently found herself in a similar situation in Goa. As per a video now going viral on X, the tourist lost her way while using Google Maps, leaving her stranded late at night. That is when she met a female Rapido driver named Sindhu Kumari.
The clip opens with Sindhu Kumari sharing a warm hug with the tourist, who thanks her for stepping in. In the video, the driver shares that the woman had gotten lost on a beach when she happened to meet her. The tourist appeared visibly shaken but relieved after finding help. As per the text attached to the post, the incident took place around 10 pm.

The video ends with Sindhu warmly bidding goodbye to the tourist after ensuring she reached her hotel safely.
Moments like these highlight how important female taxi and bike drivers can be. For women travelling alone, they add a sense of safety and comfort. Their presence also helps boost confidence in solo travel and makes destinations feel more welcoming overall.
