Krishna Poonia created history when she gave India its first track and field Gold in the Commonwealth Games after a gap of 52 years by winning the discuss event.
Poonia, Harvant Kaur and Seema Antil swept all three medals in the women's discus throw but the Asian Games will see a lot more competition and hence the trio need to be at their best to win medals.
Poonia won the Bronze medal at the last Aisan Games at Doha and is currently the national champion with a career best throw of career-best 60.10 metres.
