Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Sabitha Indira Reddy on Sunday expressed confidence about 'psycho' Sambasiva Rao getting arrested soon.
Talking to reporters in Visakhapatnam, she said that special teams have been formed to nab Sambasiva Rao and they are conducting combing operations in Nellore and Guntur district.
Sambasiva Rao has been allegedly terrorising people in Visakhapatnam whose modus operandi has been to commit robberies after attacking anyone who stood in his way. The brutal nature of his attack has won him the title "psycho" from the police and people as well.
