American Keith Kiel was intensely moved by the kindness of Gage, an employee of local supermarket chain Publix, when he was shopping at the Ormond Beach branch in Florida, United States over the weekend.
Mr Kiel spotted Gage tying an elderly man's shoes laces, as the senior citizen was unable to do so himself. He took a photo of Gage's act of kindness and shared it on social media, making him an Internet hit. The viral picture now has about 2 lakh 'likes' and 15,000 shares on Facebook.
"This is wonderful! Thank you for sharing, Keith. I will be sure to recognize Gage for his wonderful customer service," Sasha wrote on behalf of and from Publix's verified Facebook account.
