A Bengaluru woman is winning hearts online for her consistent, selfless acts of kindness towards local workers, street vendors, and animals. The story came to light after her neighbour, Jagadish Nadanalli, shared a viral Instagram post documenting her quiet daily routine. Unlike many online creators who are driven by views and subscribers, Nadanalli highlighted that this woman has spent years providing food, refreshments, and warmth to workers and stray animals without seeking any public recognition.
Nadanalli highlighted that for the past decade, the kind woman had been spreading her kindness by offering tea, coffee and other refreshments to those in need.
"The woman in this video lives opposite our building. I have been living as a tenant in this building for ten years. I have been observing this lady for many years. Almost every day, she gives coffee, bread, biscuits, and bananas to the municipal workers who come to our street. On special occasions, she also gives them other snacks and useful items," Nadanalli wrote.
In the video clip, the woman can be seen offering food to one of the workers, who humbly accepts the offering before going about his work.
"She treats the vegetable sellers, flower sellers, and fruit vendors who come in front of her house with great kindness and affection. Some of them even come just to talk to her, even if they are not selling anything," said Nadanalli, adding that her compassion for animals was no different.
"Not only that, she keeps a bowl near her building which always contains milk, rice, or some kind of food for the stray dogs and cats in the area. That is why there is always at least one dog or cat sitting in front of her house. Along with this, she also keeps grains, pulses, and water on the terrace for birds."
Nadanalli said the woman treated everyone as if they were her own family members, adding that in all his years, he had not witnessed another human being like her.
"In all these years, I have never seen anyone so dedicated to helping others almost every single day. And the fact that she does it selflessly, without expecting anything in return or seeking social media attention, truly makes her equal to a great motherly figure."

"This is so beautifully written, and I'm truly touched by your kind words and thoughtful observation. Thank you for taking the time to notice and share my mother's journey of quiet kindness. What makes it even more special is that she has been doing all of this selflessly for years, without expecting anything in return or looking for any recognition or awards," the daughter wrote.
Meanwhile, other social media users lauded the woman for making the world a better place to live, one kind act at a time. "May every bit of kindness she gives return to her tenfold," said one user, while another added: "No matter how much money one has, the true peace comes to those who are kind and generous with their money or whatever lil resources they can share with those who can't pay back."
A third commented: "Two appreciations I have to make !! One for the Nobel lady doing this and for you to notice the good work of another person. Both deserve appreciation."
