Justin Timberlake gave eight-year-old (and not seven, which was Timberlake's first guess) fan Julian Delan a birthday present that the little boy will probably cherish all his life. "But you look like you could dunk already," Timberlake joked at a concert after confirming the little boy's age.

Although Timberlake couldn't hear Delan, the child yelled to him with excitement: "This is my birthday present! August 15 is my real birthday!"

His real birthday may not have been on the night of the concert, but that's when he got his most special gift for sure. The singer, along with a crowd of thousands at his concert in San Jose, California, sang Happy Birthday to little Julian.

"This is a moment Julian will never forget! Thanks for Gifts you sent down to him," the child's father, Pastor Peter Delan wrote on his Facebook page.

Even his mother poured her heart out in a blog. "Last night the world saw Julian, and for the first time, I think Julian saw himself in the world," Marika Rosenthal Delan wrote.

We wish Julian many more truly happy birthdays like this one.
