Meerut:
A CRPF jawan and his wife were today killed allegedly by their neighbour in TP Nagar in Meerut, police said.
Jai Prakash (40) and his wife Shakuntala (37) were found shot dead at their home this morning, Superintendent of Police B P Ashok said.
"Preliminary investigation revealed that the couple had a dispute with their neighbour Anil Tiwari over water. On questioning, Tiwari confessed to his involvement in the crime," he said.
The police have also recovered the rifle used in the killing, he said.
