Former reality TV star, sometimes actress and socialite Paris Hilton may have been the original party girl of the 00s but a lot has changed since then. While many more It girls soak up the spotlight, Paris is busy being an businesswoman. After all, she is a hotel heiress and entrepreneurship runs in her blood. Paris still spins at clubs in Marbella and Ibiza while also collaborating with designers and brands. Her latest venture unsurprisingly is in beauty with her very own skin care line.
Just days ago, Paris dropped the launch of her skin care brand called ProD.N.A. The packaging is in matte black and metallic rose gold shades with a neat, sleek finish. Currently, the range has 4 products and is targeted towards anti-ageing. It includes a face & décolletage cream, a dual action cleansing gel, advanced recovery serum and lifting and firming eye cream.
The entire skin line is build on GenoMatrix, which is a revolutionary formula of powerful enzymes from natural, active ingredients. It is with this that the products penetrate deep into the skin to help boost the body's natural repairing process for ageing to be combated from within. With just a handful of products, the range aims to target ageing from various angles in one's skin routine, be in on the neck or under eye area.
This isn't Paris' first venture in the beauty world. After the launch of her first namesake fragrance in 2004, she has gone on to have around 23 more perfumes under her own label. She also quietly owns her makeup line, Paris Hilton Cosmetics with products like lip glosses, lashes and strobing kits.
Celebrity makeup brands are now a regular affair so we're glad to see Hilton step into the skin care world with a precise focus and scientifically driven formulas for which we've got two words - that's hot.
