Tanishaa Mukerji's disciplined workout routine is a perfect motivator for anyone to kick-start their fitness journey. On Friday, the actress dropped a video, giving us a sneak peek into her pilates session. Dressed in an all-pink athleisure set, Tanishaa can be seen attempting a few reformer exercises. The video opens with Tanishaa trying a leg stretch with her feet hooked to a strap. Next, she can be seen doing the elephant exercise and swiftly transitioning to the mountain pushups. She then completes a knee stretch. Needless to say, a pilates routine is simply amazing to increase your body's flexibility. Tanishaa's latest session helps in strengthening the core and maintains the body posture. Sharing the clip, Tanishaa wrote, “Warrior mode is in!!! Transformation time every day! Growing learning, firing those neurons & synapses!”

Earlier, Tanishaa Mukerji dropped another video from her workout session. In the clip, Tanishaa, dressed in a lemon green athleisure set, can be seen focusing on her core. The video began with her using a reformer machine to stretch her legs and work on her arms, using a ring. This routine targets the spine's mobility, strengthening the core and enhancing flexibility, and coordination. She also incorporated a ball into her regime and indulged in leg stretches. Along with the clip, she wrote, “Work that core! Work multiple muscle groups with combined movements! Keep it interesting.”

Before this, Tanishaa Mukerji wooed fitness enthusiasts with her mastery of the shoulder stand on the reformer machine. The clip shows her feet hooked to the straps, hands lying straight, as she lifts her body on her shoulders. She shared the video along with a serious disclaimer. Tanishaa Mukerji wrote, “May Day 1! This short spine move on the reformer is my absolute favourite! My trainer Namrata really worked with me on this! Please, try with a trained professional! These moves may look easy but if done wrong it can seriously hurt your neck and back! So be safe, be healthy and be a “pilates girl”.
