"The one thing I truly admire about Neeta is how effortlessly she fuses contemporary and traditional styles, giving the wearer the best of both the worlds. In Manikarnika, my look is traditional yet contemporary. There are many shades of Manikarnika. When she is married, she is in a happy space and her outfits are more regal. Then she transforms into a warrior queen and the look changes," said Kangana Ranaut.

Neeta Lulla also shared that it took her six months to create Kangana's costumes for the movie. The intricate embroidery detailing have been done by various local artisans. Neeta credited Kangana for her beautiful portray of the warrior queen, bringing in power and rage to the character.

The film is being directed by Telugu director Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi (Krish) and also stars Ankita Lokhande, Sonu Sood, Atul Kulkarni and Jisshu Sengupta in important roles.
