The Talented Makeup Artist Behind Zendaya's Stunning Oscars 2022 Makeup Was...Zendaya Herself

At only 25, Zendaya is already a power-packed Hollywood performer. From being a Disney star to a Marvel actress, it's hard to imagine a role that she cannot fulfill to perfection. And it seems like a red carpet makeup artist is one of them; for the Oscars 2022 red carpet no less! Zendaya looked like a million bucks at the prestigious event wearing a white buttoned-down cropped collared shirt by Valentino Haute Couture. With it was a swishy silver sequin skirt and diamonds adorning her neck and arms. One look at her was enough to tell you why Zendaya made it to plenty of Best Dressed lists that night.

But it was her makeup at the Oscars 2022 that left us amazed as well. With her hair twisted into an updo, she sported a glowing complexion and full brows with contoured cheeks, accented with silver eye makeup and glossy nude lips. Of course a woman like herself could have any makeup artist on the planet but like the completely cool and accessible lady she is, she did her own makeup! Sharing a picture of her look on Instagram, she captioned it, "Every now and then I do my own beat". If Zendaya can do her own makeup for the Oscars 2022, it'll make you think twice about hiring a makeup artist for your next function.

To attend the Vanity Fair Oscars 2022 After Party, Zendaya switched into a black streamlined pantsuit and paired it with a burgundy shirt, black tie and printed pocket square. The Lancome Global Brand Ambassador also opted for a second makeup change for the night with an exaggerated black and silver smokey eye along with her hair parted and slicked back.
