Over the weekend, South Indian superstar Samantha Prabhu (also known as Samantha Akkineni) showed up to an event wearing a white saree. Sounds like just another ordinary day in the life of a celebrity, right? Well, it wasn't just a saree, it was how it was styled on Samantha.

Over a white printed saree from Anavila, Samantha wore a casually cuffed light blue denim jacket from Gap. The outfit was accented with chunky jewellery from Lara Morakhia with strappy heels on her feet. Samantha's unconventional saree look was styled by Preetham Jukalker and assisted by Pratima Jukalkar.

With the chic Indian fusion look, her beauty game too was strong. Samantha opted for a dewy face and flushed cheeks with rosy lips and strong brows. But the fresh-faced makeup look by TR beauty wasn't all. For her 'do, Samantha's hair was worn in a neat updo with a clean centre part with braids on either side by hair artist Madhu.
