In an Instagram post, she shared a picture of herself where she performed a form called Tittibhasana or Firefly pose. She captioned it, "Power n peace lie in the journey between practice and posture." With a high focus on strengthening the arms, this posture is a great way to improve balance and stretch the muscles. In this arm-balancing movement, the legs are stretched forward in a firefly posture which also helps in strengthening the leg muscles.
