Okay, here's a confession. Fusion outfits are having the moment of their lives and in world full traditional outfits we love how Bollywood celebrities are having fun with fusion silhouettes. Maybe a bit more than usual. We all have to admit that fusion outfits are at the forefront of the festive season and have been for some time now. But there also no denying that some celebrities sweep us off-guard with their choices only to leave us supremely impressed. We felt all sorts of feelings, the good ones, when we saw Mrunal Thakur on the red carpet of the Lokmat Awards Most Stylish Awards 2022. Right from the runway of Anamika Khanna's most eclectic couture pieces came, a co-ord set which was a celebration of the modern woman.

The set included an embroidered bustier blouse, an interesting satin skirt and a gorgeous powder blue cape. The metallic blouse was flattering from the get go but her interesting twist on the skirt truly stole the show. The gathered design in the front is intertwined with layers and layers of pearly white beads that go over her neck. Guess we've got to move over halter tops for skirts now. And thanks to this interesting feature, no other accessory other than a pair of drop earrings was required for the do. The long trench-style cape also comes with embroidered floral designs on it and overall takes the festive fusion fashion on a whole new level. The muted tones of the outfit are balanced with its unique silhouette but we mustn't miss the splash of colour her pointed heels offer.
