If there's one person we need to be looking to for fitness inspiration, it's Malaika Arora. At age 44, this Bollywood mom has succeeded in breaking more than one stereotype. Malaika Arora has always been celebrated for her oomph and sultriness, an image that only thrived with hit songs like Chaiyya Chaiyya and Munni Badnaam featuring her as the lead dancer. Being able to dance the way she does is no easy feat, but Malaika often makes it look like a cake walk. Given the number of hours it takes to shoot one song in Bollywood and all the dance steps Malaika masters so effortlessly, it's no surprise that she looks into her fitness regime rather diligently.

Malaika started her year on a rather strong note. She shared an image of herself at the cusp of the new year stating that she was getting fit physically, mentally, emotionally in 2018. Well, no one can deny that Malaika is looking super strong.

Malaika is often seen practising pilates along with trainer Namrata Purohit.

Namrata, who also trains stars like Kareena Kapoor and her step daughter Sara Ali Khan, is often seen posting clips of Malaika on her Instagram page as inspiration for her followers.

Come 2018, though, and Malaika wanted to switch up her usual fitness routine and try something new. She has been seen working on her core strength recently - and we have to say that her taut core is proof of how hard she really is working.

It definitely takes a strong woman and a lot of balance to pull off what Malaika Arora seems to be doing with such ease.

It's no wonder that she looks like the way she does.

Well ladies, Malaika Arora is proving that you've got to work hard for what you want. Nothing in life comes easy, but here's some inspiration for you to get up and get moving.
