In the throwback photo from what seems to be their beach vacation to Maldives, Alia and Akansha are seated on the white sandy shores with the crystal blue waters in front of them. While the birthday girl is wearing a single strap lavender swim look with a shrug thrown over, her bestie chose the celebrity beach favourite. Alia is pictured from the back in a bright pink string bikini with a cross back design. She also wore a light pink skirt and miniature sunglasses with her outfit as she broke into a wide smile. It is captioned "happy birthday my universe" and we're certain Akansha must be feeling pretty special with a wish like that.
