The Cannes Film Festival may be over, but we are far from over Cristiano Ronaldo's girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez red carpet glam at the amfAR gala. The gala dinner takes place towards the end of the film festival where we witnessed the football icon's influencer girlfriend dressed to the nines. Georgina Rodriguez was seen in a sculpted black sequinned midi dress with a scales design running through the off-shoulder dress. But what caught our attention was not just her black dress. Our eyes fell straight on the timeless Chopard necklace that she wore on her neck. The sweetheart neckline gave ample room for the sparkly diamond and rubellite necklace to remain the centre of our attention. While some sources claim the net worth of the necklace which features a 123.24-carat pear-shaped rubellite, to be $1 Million, others claim for it to be close to £1 Million. Regardless of the whopping price tag attached to it, it truly looks one in a million. Giorgina lets her raven-esque long locks fall perfectly over her shoulders right from her long ponytail but our eyes never leave its sight.
Georgina Rodriguez however isn't the first celebrity to wear this gorgeous piece of meticulously crafted art on the red carpet. At the Cannes Film Festival this year, K-pop star of girl pop group Aespa, Karina was seen wearing the necklace too with a billowy black off-shoulder gown.

A little throwback though would take us back to 2014 when the bespoke diamond and rubellite necklace was first seen on Rihanna. Rihanna hosted and performed at the First Annual Diamond Ball for the Clara Lionel Foundation dressed in a Zac Posen off-shoulder number with the same necklace that also features 65.24 carats of diamonds set in platinum.
No matter what the price attached to this masterpiece may be, one can never attach a price to timelessness.
